Dr I have a lot of the symptoms you talking about problems with my gut etc but I am also suffering from chronic dehydration regarding my long COVID symptoms I started losing my balance the last time I was in the hospital I remembered when I came home not just my balance was affected and impossible with my eyes closed

Dr I hit my head on a Sunday and get very on Tuesday night I went to the ER and this people almost killed me they give mezclizine but then instead of giving me some fluids they started treatment for high potassium which wasn’t true because I have that level for a long time and my dr never considered that it was so high and I left that hospital running because the medicine the give for the potassium is a medicine that is for people who has edema they took all the water that I have now i am scared to come back because I didn’t like their approach I left better but 2 days later the dizziness came back and I don’t know if is related to hitting my head or what. I don’t where to go because by the way you explained it could come for different causes. I will see if is the eyes and ears connection you opened my eyes of the different possibilities thank you so much 😊

I have been struggling with an autoimmune issue. First it started with skin issues, itching, blisters and dishydrosis in my hands. Then hoshimoto, leaky gut etc. then in my right ear only 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️, so I think it’s related to gluten, autoimmune, and is showing up as periods of severe dizzy spells.

Have persistent post concussion syndrome. Saw Neuro ophthalmologist and Neuro otorologist. Both said physical fine eyes or ears- it’s brain connection problem. But insurance doesn’t pay for Neurofeedback or FDA approved devices that are not pharmacology based. Car accident 2006, bad antibiotic May 2022. Many drugs are contraindicated and I agree.
